We accept returns for unwashed, unworn orders with original tags and packaging intact.
Our Return Policy:
- 7-Day Window: You have 7 days from delivery to email us and 7 days from approval to ship it back.
- No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. Please return for a refund and re-order.
- Restocking Fee: Late returns or items missing original SKU packaging face a 20% restocking fee or rejection.
- Final Sale Categories: Beauty, bodysuits, face masks, intimates, swimwear, jewelry, sale items, and gift cards.
Global Quality Assurance (International Orders):
To guarantee the highest quality standards for our global community, all orders shipped outside the US are thoroughly inspected before dispatch and are considered Final Sale. We are unable to accept international returns due to the high costs of international shipping and unpredictable customs delays.
How to Return (US Orders Only):
Email beauvita826@gmail.com with your Order Number and clear photos of the item showing the attached tags and SKU packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:
Please allow up to 10 business days from the day we receive your package for inspection and processing back to your original payment method.
